Online – End of B1/Strengthening B1 Before B2

This course is designed for students who are approximately at the end of B1 level and want to strengthen their Slovak before moving towards B2 level.

The course follows the structure of the textbook Krížom krážom, developed by Comenius University in Bratislava. We use the textbook structure as a guide to ensure that all important B1 topics are covered, but the course is not based only on the textbook. The teacher prepares her own materials, exercises, and activities tailored to the needs of the group.

The course starts with Lesson 9 of B1, including revision of previous topics, and will gradually prepare students for the transition to B2 level.

Students also work with a shared online document, which becomes their personalised study material with notes, explanations, vocabulary, and grammar from the lessons.

The goal is to consolidate B1 knowledge, fill any gaps, and build confidence before continuing to B2.

Time: TUE/THU 12:00-13:00 CET,
Dates: September 17 – December 17, 2026 (no class bank holiday November 17)
Frequency: 2x 60 min/week
