Online – Start A2 for Slavic Speakers

This course is designed for Slavic speaking students who have completed A1 Slovak and are ready to start the A2 level.

At A2, you will build on your existing foundations and learn to communicate in more detail and with greater independence.
You will expand your vocabulary, work with more advanced grammar and practise expressing yourself in a wider range of everyday situations.

The focus gradually shifts from building basic sentences to connecting ideas, describing situations and experiences, expressing opinions and having longer conversations in Slovak.

Lessons focus on speaking and practical use of Slovak, with grammar and vocabulary introduced in context and actively practised during class.

We use our own teaching materials, exercises and speaking activities. Everything covered during your lessons – grammar explanations,
vocabulary, examples, exercises, notes and homework – is collected in a shared online document that remains available throughout the course.

You will study in a mini-group of 3–6 students, ensuring plenty of speaking time and an interactive learning environment.

The course includes a final review and progress feedback session, where you will review key material and receive individual feedback from your teacher on your progress and recommended next steps.

Students do not need to undergo a placement test; our teachers will assess your level during a quick informal call.
