Kristína

Hello! My name is Kristína, and I come from the metropolis of the east –
the city of Košice. I studied translation and interpreting of Slovak
and English at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University. I’ve been dedicated to
language teaching since the third year of my studies. I have more than 7
years of experience working in language schools, where I taught English
and Slovak, and I have worked with students at two bilingual high
schools. I believe that learning should be fun, not a chore, and that
every student needs to discover or focus on something different. There
is no universal guide or teaching plan, so I don’t follow the advice to
recycle old plans. I am also happy to learn something new from you and
get to know your culture and customs. I see teaching as an opportunity
to broaden my horizons and gain a new perspective on the world, so feel
free to ask questions, challenge ideas, and show your interest 🙂
