Dorotka

I’m Dorota, a passionate Slovak language
teacher from western Slovakia, with a love for languages, cultures, and
the North. I have experience teaching Slovak as a native language and
now focus on helping adults learn Slovak as a second language. For me,
teaching is more than just a profession – it’s a rewarding experience
that brings me joy every day. I aim to create engaging, fun lessons that
help students feel confident and motivated. Outside of teaching, I’m
fascinated by Finno-Ugric languages, particularly Finnish, and I’m
currently learning Estonian. I’ve always been drawn to the North, and I
visit often to enjoy its natural beauty and distinctive atmosphere. When
I’m not teaching, I enjoy hiking and winter swimming – activities that
help me recharge and stay connected to nature. I’m excited to help you
on your journey to mastering Slovak. Let’s make learning a fun and
